DR. ALLAN R. SIDORSKY - CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIAN

Dr. Sidorsky was born in Canada where he fell in love with the outdoors and sports. His love of sports and athletics led him to an undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary in Physical Education (Kinesiology). Personal injuries to his neck and lower back, playing football and rugby, led him to seek chiropractic care. His physician suggested that he consider chiropractic medicine as a career. That led him to San Jose, California and Palmer College of Chiropractic West in early 1994 where he began the study of chiropractic medicine; graduating in September 1997.During his time at Palmer College, Dr. Sidorsky was involved in the inaugural student sports council, played hockey and served as Student President. Dr. Sidorsky’s chiropractic career began practicing with Dr. Thomas Hyde who is considered an expert in the chiropractic care of athletes. He is also responsible for introducing the Graston technique to Dr. Sidorsky in 2003. Dr. Sidorsky received his Certificate of Proficiency in Graston in February 2004. Dr. Sidorsky has also completed 300 hours of post doctorate nutritional education through the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine as part of board eligibility for Diplomate status required. During his career, Dr. Sidorsky has had the opportunity to work in many multidisciplinary settings which has enabled him to work with many different healthcare specialists, including MDs, DOs, PTs, ATCs and LMTs. This has helped shape his perspective and philosophy of having professionals work together for the good and health of the patient. Dr. Sidorsky’s philosophy in treating patients comes from that which drives his everyday life: One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself.

DR. ALEX C. ROA - CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIAN

Dr. Roa was born in Puerto Rico, where he graduated Cum Laude from The University of Puerto Rico Medical Science Campus – College of Health Related Professions with an undergraduate degree in Physical Therapy Sciences. As a physical therapy intern he had the opportunity to work in various clinical settings including hospital outpatient care, spinal cord injuries, pediatric, geriatric and oncology. While still in Puerto Rico, his interest in sports medicine and as a former University of Puerto Rico Weightlifting Varsity Team member led to becoming the assistant physical trainer and physical therapist for the 2001 Puerto Rico Volleyball National Championship – “Los Changos” from Naranjito City. In his pursuit for excellence in healthcare and helping others Dr. Roa moved to Spartanburg, South Carolina to obtain his degree in Chiropractic Medicine. He graduated Cum Laude from Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic where he was honored with the Valedictorian Speech and awarded with the highest distinctions. His strong hispanic roots and bilingualism in Spanish and English led him to Florida where he is now successfully practicing Chiropractic Medicine. When he is not treating patients, Dr. Roa enjoys discussing nutrition tips, and cooking ideas with his patients to help them achieve optimal health. He loves spending time cooking, doing outdoor and sports activities, shopping the local farmers markets and trying new local restaurants with his family.

DR. CRAIG R. MITCHELL, M.D.

Dr. Craig Mitchell, Medical Director at Quantum Care Sports and Injury Centers.

Dr.Mitchell trained at the University of California Los Angeles(UCLA) as well as Stanford University for both emergency medicine and internal medicine as well as a fellowship in pathology. In addition he completed additional studies in the field of endocrinology and internal medicine at Medical College of Virginia (MCV/VCU). He matriculated from Northwestern University in Chicago for both his medical school and undergraduate studies.

Dr. Mitchell brings over 19 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine and internal medicine.We are looking forward to his presence and the skill set that he brings to our practice.

He shares a common philosophy with our group as he is a proponent of a multidisciplinary approach to the practice of medicine. Dr Mitchell understands the significance of alternative medicine and different approaches to patient care issues.

DR. MONTANA S. LICHTER - CHIROPRACTIC PHYSICIAN

Dr. Montana grew up in Baltimore, Maryland where she spent most of her time playing soccer and lacrosse. She attended Towson University in Maryland where she graduated Cum Laude and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science. Dr. Montana has always wanted to be a physician, in order to help as many people as possible. At Towson University, she quickly learned that she wanted to be able to use her hands to get people better.

After graduating, she moved down to Daytona Beach, Florida in order to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Montana graduated Cum Laude and received her Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine degree in 2017. After graduating, Dr. Montana continued her education to become a Graston Technique provider. Dr. Montana believes in Quantumcare’s multidisciplinary and evidence based approach of treating the problem, not just the symptoms. Dr. Montana lives in downtown Winter Garden and enjoys going to the beach, Universal Studios and local breweries in her spare time.
